Gymnastics sessions are fun, interactive and goal orientated. You'll work your entire body leaving it lean and muscular by using Olympic rings, parallel bars, parallettes, climbing ropes, wall bars and floor work. If you’ve never tried Gymnastics before, then don’t let that stop you. This is an impactful addition to your weekly training schedule.

Our Stretch Therapy class delivers a comprehensive system that includes: stretching techniques, fascial remodelling, neural re-patterning, and relaxation. This strengthening class will help you discover how to release the lines of tension in your body, enabling you to move more efficiently. You will reap the rewards by attending even once a week and quickly see improvement in your athletic performance flexibility and mobility.
Movement360 is a great example of a bodyweight movement system that draws from many disciplines such as yoga, flow base training and balance while also addressing strength, flexibility, and total body control.
